Many people don’t like criticism. This is especially true in the scuba diving industry. Those with big egos combined with a shared passion for scuba diving will get quite upset when you start to expose flaws in their business model. This makes people react negatively. I’ve gotten a bunch of emails and comments (that I haven’t allowed to become public) over the past year or so as this blog has gotten more popular. Unfortunately, many people don’t see what I write about as constructive criticism.
